Terms & Conditions for Embodied by Design

By enrolling in Embodied by Design, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview
Embodied by Design is a digital training and certification program facilitated by Krystal Woods. It includes pre-recorded content, live calls, a private community space, downloadable materials, and optional practice sessions. The content is designed for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Payment & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to course materials upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation or completion.

3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within Embodied by Design—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, worksheets, audio recordings, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of Krystal Woods LLC and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

4. Client Responsibility
Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your commitment, application, and personal factors beyond the control of the facilitator. This program is not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

5. Live Sessions & Community Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of the space, all participants agree to show up respectfully in live sessions and community spaces. Any behavior deemed harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Confidentiality
You agree to keep the identity and content shared by other participants confidential. This is a sacred space of growth and vulnerability, and your integrity matters.

7. Affiliate Access
Affiliates may have access to the program for promotional purposes. Any misuse of content or breach of intellectual property terms by affiliates may result in revocation of access.
