Â
KNOWING WHAT THE CHART SAYS ISN’T THE SAME AS KNOWING HOW TO CREATE CHANGE.
Human Design can give you accurate language for what you are experiencing, but recognition is only the beginning.
Human Design is full of phrases that sound like instructions:
“Wait to respond.”
“Initiate and inform.”
“Wait for the invitation.”
“Ride your emotional wave.”
But once you leave the reading, close the book, or finish the training, the obvious question is:
Okay... but how?
What does it actually mean to respond, and how do you distinguish a genuine response from mental pressure?
What does aligned initiation look like beyond making the first move, forcing an outcome, or bossing everyone around?
What counts as an invitation? And how does a Projector create visibility, build a business, and pursue what she wants without either forcing or waiting passively?
What does emotional clarity actually feel like beneath fear, urgency, and everyone else’s opinions?
These phrases name the mechanics.
They don’t automatically teach us how to recognize them, embody them, or help another person live them.
You can know that you have an undefined Heart and still keep trying to prove yourself.
You can understand your Emotional Authority and still feel unable to hear your own clarity.
You can know that you are a Projector and still have no idea how to build a business that supports your energy and produces the income you want.
You can accurately explain a client’s chart and still not know which information matters to the problem she is actually trying to solve... or how to help her do something differently.
The chart can show us what may be operating beneath the surface.
But information alone cannot tell us how a particular person is experiencing those mechanics, what has shaped their current expression, or what will genuinely support change.
That requires a method.
Â
The Embodied by Design® Method
During From Chart to Change, I’ll walk you through the same five-part transformation process at the heart of Embodied by Design®:
Awareness
Clearly identify what is happening: the pattern, decision, disconnect, or result that needs your attention.
Audit
Examine the relevant chart mechanics alongside the person’s conditioning, environment, relationships, capacity, strategies, and lived experience.
Observation
Notice how the pattern actually operates in real life before rushing to explain, fix, or prescribe.
Disruption
Identify where the existing pattern can be interrupted and choose an aligned experiment, decision, question, or new response.
ReprogramÂ
Create the repetition, evidence, and lived experience necessary for a different way of operating to become available.
Â
You’ll use this method to explore one real situation in your own life or business, and then watch me apply the same process to a client case.
You won’t leave with another pile of Human Design information...Â
Â
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to use what you already know.
BRING YOUR CHART + ONE REAL QUESTION
Come with your Human Design chart and one current challenge, decision, or pattern you want to understand more clearly.
It might sound like:
- Why does my current way of working feel unsustainable?
- Why am I struggling to make this decision?
- Why do I keep overriding what I know is right for me?
- Why does my positioning or business model feel disconnected from who I am?
- Why do I keep repeating the same business or visibility pattern?
- Why isn’t the advice that “should” help my client creating change?
- What does this person actually need from me right now?
You do not need to solve your entire life or business during one workshop.
You will choose one real situation and learn how to use Human Design to see it more clearly... without getting lost in the chart, forcing an answer, or turning the system into another rigid formula.
Free live workshop with Krystal, October 1 @ 1pm ET.
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITHÂ
By the end of this From Chart to Change, you will understand:
- how to begin with a real problem rather than randomly searching a chart for answers
- how to identify which mechanics matter now, and which information can wait
- how to distinguish mechanics from conditioning, context, and lived experience
- how to ask better questions instead of immediately reaching for advice
- how to translate chart insight into a meaningful experiment, adjustment, or next step
- how to apply the same lens to your own life and business
- how to begin using it with clients without relying on generic or overly prescriptive interpretations
You’ll also receive the From Chart to Change Map: a practical application resource you can use after the workshop to explore future questions, patterns, decisions, and client situations.

Â
This is not another class filled with Human Design information to memorize.
It's an opportunity to begin learning how to think, observe, discern, and apply.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This workshop is for you if…
- You've been studying or experimenting with Human Design but still feel uncertain about how to apply what you know.
- You understand chart mechanics but struggle to identify what is relevant in a real situation.
- You want to use Human Design in your business or existing body of work without becoming a formulaic Human Design reader.
- You are a coach, healer, consultant, teacher, practitioner, or human-centered professional who wants to understand people more deeply.
- You want to help clients create individualized change instead of giving everyone the same advice.
- You want Human Design to deepen what you already do... not replace the wisdom and expertise you already possess.
You do not need to be a Human Design expert.
You should have some familiarity with the system and a desire to move beyond learning descriptions into real-life application.
Â
Â
Because the best practitioners aren’t just informed.
They’re embodied.
I DON’T JUST WANT TO TELL YOU WHAT I SEE
I want to teach you HOW to see.
Many Human Design programs teach you what the chart means.
And many experts will interpret your chart and tell you what they see in your life, relationships, or business.
But what happens when you're navigating the next decision?
What happens when a client arrives with a problem that doesn't have an obvious chart-based answer?
What happens when the same advice produces freedom for one person and greater conditioning for another?
I created the Embodied by Design® Method because real transformation requires more than accurate chart knowledge.
It requires mechanics and context.
Knowledge and observation.
Framework and intuition.
Self-awareness and actual change.
Human Design can help us recognize patterns beneath behavior, but only when we remember that the chart is not the person.
Behavior is only the beginning of the story.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
I’m Krystal Woods, creator of the Embodied by Design® Method and founder of the Embodied by Design® Certification.
I teach coaches, healers, consultants, practitioners, and other human-centered professionals how to understand Human Design deeply, embody it personally, and integrate it into the work they already do.
My approach does not use Human Design as another collection of labels or prescriptions telling people who they are and what they should do.
Instead, I teach people how to use the mechanics alongside context, observation, intuition, and lived experience, so they can recognize patterns, understand the actual person in front of them, and support meaningful change.
This is the lens I have used in my own life, business, teaching, and client work for the last 8 years.
During From Chart to Change, you’ll get to experience that lens for yourself.
Is this workshop really live?
Will there be a replay?
How much Human Design experience do I need?
What should I bring?
Is this only for Human Design readers?
FROM INFORMATION TO CAPABILITY
Knowing more about Human Design may help you describe more of the chart.
But learning how to work with Human Design changes what you are capable of seeing and doing.
It can help you:
- understand the deeper dynamics shaping your own decisions, work, and patterns
- build a business that reflects how you are actually designed to operate
- recognize where conditioning is influencing what appears to be “alignment”
- ask more useful and individualized questions
- understand why the same intervention works for one person and misses another
- integrate Human Design into your existing methodology, offers, and client experience
- support transformation without turning Human Design into another authority people depend on
That is the difference between collecting Human Design information and developing an embodied lens.
Â
